I'd love you to make a donation to the Prison Phoenix Trust who do amazing work offering prisoners the opportunity to develop their spiritual welfare through mediation and yoga.

To support the Prison Phoenix Trust I will be sweating out 108 sun salutations in 2 hours (9 world famous teachers will lead 12 each) in Kensington Olympia on Saturday 26th Ocotber.  My aim is to raise £108 (see what I did there!) so the smallest donation will help achieve this goal...

Krishnamurti sums it up nicely:

"Mediation is one of the greatest arts in life - perhaps the greatest, and one cannot possibly learn it from anybody, that is the beauty of it.  It has no technique and therefore no authority."
