As some of you already know, I have just been diagnosed with breast cancer, and I will be starting my treatment next week. It is all very scary and upsetting, but I am so grateful for all the love and support I am getting.

So I have decided that I will be having a sponsored head shave on Monday 11th October 2021, my lovely hairdresser Sarah will be doing the deed for me. 

I would like to raise funds for the charity I work for, Ups and Downs Southwest, we support families with a child with Down Syndrome. I have worked with all these beautiful families and their wonderful children for years and if I can raise a little money so that the support for them can continue a little while longer, then I have achieved my goal, something good has come from something awful. We all know that charities have been hit really hard by the pandemic.

I would really love it if you could spare a few pennies for Ups and Downs Southwest.
