I have completed the Great Volac Milke Ride in the Italian mountains, we covered a distance of 160km over the two days with the majority of it climbing (or in many cases crawling up the mountains).  In the two days we climbed just over 3000m, I am very proud of myself!! I have never done anything like that in my life.
