Jackie-Dee Thornton is raising money for Farleigh Hospice
Story
Thank-you for taking the time to read this special story...
The very first day I met Becky, she sparkled and was so full of life, and had the most open contagious laugh!
Sadly though,she passed away in Farleigh Hospice on the 15th November 2009, after a long battle with cancer. Throughout her fight she was so very brave, and never ever felt sorry for herself, but carried on until the end. Her final weeks were spent at Farleigh Hospice which was a very special time for her, family and friends, and the care and support offered by the staff there was second to none!
This is a small way of offering appreciation for Farleigh and also to her loving family, and espcially Andy and Jack who I am thinking of greatly at this time.
Becky you will be remembered forever and carried in our hearts, you spread your joy and 'get up and go' to everyone who met you...a bright and shining star!
