For my 60th birthday year I'm asking for donations to St Luke's Hospice in Winsford.  I've chosen this charity because over the last 22yrs they have supported myself and my family.  I have stage 4 Breast Cancer and the Hospice has been part of my life  in keeping me going.  I hope that you'll consider contributing as a way of celebrating with me.  There will be a number of different fundraising activities.  I started with my party which was a 70's inspired fancy dress event.  St Luke's has been such a major part of my life over the last 22yrs, giving me support. enabling me to live my life with alternative therapies and counselling.  It is my security blanket! Every bit will help me reach my goal.

At St Luke's Hospice, our ethos is one of service; being of service to our local people and community is central to all that we do. We believe the most important privilege any person can have is the opportunity to comfort and support one's fellow human beings in their hour of need.  This spirit of service at St Luke's extends not only to the patients, but also to family and friends, and is not restricted by income, class, creed or gender.  My hope is to raise £6000 over the next year.
