It's 20 years since John Kirkby founded CAP to help people in debt, some who are close to suicide, get their lives back.  Now they have centres all over the country.  I wanted to do something as part of their 20 for twenty event.  I haven't been doing yoga for long and usually only once a week so by day 20 I'll either be in great shape or hardly able to move!  I'll put some pictures on my blog www.learntoeatwell.co.uk.
