On the 9th October, I am running in the Royal Parks half marathon again, this year in aid of NSPCC - the charity of the year for my company. We have raised over £400,000 already for them this year and we want to do even better before the year ends.

It takes just £3 a child to help protect them from abuse. This money helps to fund outreach programs through schools and other organisations to teach kids, parents, and teachers what is abuse, and it's warning signs, how to protect themselves, and where to get help.
