I’m Jacob, I am 2 years old and I have Cardio-facio-cutaneous syndrome, which means I have had heart, throat and stomach surgery. I am unable to walk as I have low muscle tone and have speech delays. I am reliant on my mum for all means of mobilisation. Caudwell Children are providing me with a specialist car seat that will make it easier for mum to put me into the car and keep me safe. The new car seat will give me the correct postural support needed to travel in comfort and safety.
