As a junior visiting fellow at the University of Cambridge, the Town and Gown 10K seemed to me a meaningful way to assist both the community and (excuse the melodramatic tone) humankind at large. Any variation of muscular dystrophy is, without question, tragic; yet, each and every one of us can make a contribution to understanding and, with any luck, curing MD.
