I wanted to say thank you to the QAHH staff who worked so hard to look after my Mum. I am so grateful for the compassion and dignity that they showed in caring for her. I could not do what she needed, but I can run to help raise money to support this fantastic place to help care for others.

Just over a year ago I started running. I always thought that my Mum didnt approve of sponsorship but she did something that year that she has never done before. She decided to sponsor me to run for a cause that is important to me. She helped me to reach my goal and in doing so help others - she inspired me to do my best. 

She sadly passed away peacefully surrounded by people who loved her on 10.5.2017 - but she is still inspiring me to try to do my best to make a difference however small to someone else. So for my Mum and for others that need the care and support of QAHH I will be running the Worthing 10k. Please give what you can in support -thank you
