As part of my 50th celebrations, I wanted to take on a challenge. A year later, I'm finally doing one - the Suffolk Sunrise 100 mile cycle race. I also wanted an excuse to raise money for  Alzheimer's Society. When you see someone you love lose their memory, speech, dignity, ability to walk - amongst other things - it is utterly heartbreaking. It has been a cruel journey for my beautiful, amazing mother.  Thank you x
