On the 7th September I am taking part in Touch Mudder, a brutal 12 mile assault course filled with such delights as electric shocks, ice baths and a lot of mud.

I would be super super stoked if you could support my chosen charity the RNLI - these guys take on the most brutal of elements: the sea. Most are vounteers who risk their lives to help those stranded at sea. 

This charity has also been chosen in dedication to Kiko and Steve who went missing in October last year and continue to be missed everyday. x
