A few years ago my dad was diagnosed with cancer of the tonsil. Before I go on with the rest of the story he’s fine! However, I’ve always wanted to give back the the hospital and charities for what they did for him. In April I started a new career at the Royal Derby Hospital as a clinical apprentice working as a health care assistant in a way of giving back for the NHS. However, this left me with the task of giving back to the charities that have done so much for Cancer now in terms of treatment and the survival rates. This boxing match in aid of Cancer research seemed like an ideal way to get fit and give back to Cancer reasearch. I would really appreciate any donations to this page in aid of a good cause.
