We are powered by people. We’re here to find a cure and improve lives, together.

Story

Harry's Heroes was created by Jake Gottlieb in the summer of 2021 to raise money for several charities going forward.

The last 18 months has given many of us a new perspective on life. Now more than ever we need to support one another, especially those who are more vulnerable. This encouraged me to do my bit and so I have set up Harry's Heroes to support a number of charities close to my heart, as well the people close to me.

The name of our new fundraiser is Harry’s Heroes – after the birth of my son Harry Lawrence Gottlieb who arrived in June 2021.

We are very excited to announce our first ever fundraiser in aid of Parkinson’s UK.

My step-dad Charles Smith aka Charlie Boy has suffered from Parkinson’s disease since 2008. Parkinson’s is a progressive neurological condition. It causes problems in the brain and gets worse over time. Around 145,000 people live with Parkinson’s in the UK and it’s the fastest growing neurological condition in the world.

We will be holding a golf day on Monday 27th September 2021 @ Old Fold Manor Golf Club in Barnet, London. We thank all of those that have already donated by entering a team, but wish to extend the opportunity to help raise money for this great cause!!

All donations are greatly appreciated!

Thanks in advance for your support!

Jake & Harry!

Anyone can get Parkinson’s. It gets worse over time and there’s no cure. Yet. Funding research into the most promising treatments, we’re getting closer to a cure. Until then, we're improving life for people with Parkinson’s, and the people in their lives. Together we'll find a cure.
