Jake's BICA 2012

BICA 2012 · 13 September 2012
BICA has been raising money for worthy causes since 1997.
BICA 2012 consists of 21 novice cyclists intending to cycle 550 kilometres around Cyprus in five days, 15 to the 19 October 2012. The route involves leaving Pafos, cycling to Limassol, Larnaca, Nicosia, Troodos Mountains, Kato Pyrgos and return to Pafos. At the highest they will reach 1400 meters above sea level. Each cyclist is funding all their own expenses, therefore all fundraising will be going to the charity.
This year Birmingham Irish Cycle Appeal is delighted to be supporting the Get A-Head Charitable Trust’s CyberKnife Appeal, which is aiming to raise £100,000 towards the Queen Elizabeth Hospital Cancer Appeal, over the next two years to purchase a £3.55m state-of-the-art CyberKnife.
