Worthing 10K

I was involved in a RTC in July 2013. I suffered some rather painful and debilitating injuries. 

Fortunately I was admitted as a patient to the DMRC or defense medical rehabilitation centre at Headley Court.

Whilst I was there Help for Heroes were maintaining a fantastic presence of support and encouragement through Battle Back and their other ventures. 

I want to give something back to them for everything they gave to me, and the other patients. 

I know it's only 10K, but this time last year I would have struggled to walk that. I aim to smash what I thought I could do and complete this.
