I am running a 10k run to help raise some cash for the Myton hospice because I believe that the end years of a persons life are as important as their first and the Myton Hospices believe this too and put in a lot of work to help the elderly enjoy their lives as much as they can. But they can't do this without support, so put your hands in your pocket and donate, and if you are lucky there might be some good photos of me struggling to breathe as I partake in my first bout of exercise since 2010.
