We provide the very best palliative care to help both patients and their families

Story

I set myself a personal challenge to run 100 miles in January 2018 as part of a goal to get fit which I completed on 28th January.

So I naturally thought, what next ? I know let me see if I can run 1000 miles ( 1610 km for the modern folk ) in 2018, so I set myself the target of running the distance between January 1st 2018 till December 31st 2018.

It is a registered challenge and I must submit my performance each month as evidence

I get a nice medal and certificate upon completion - a really nice medal.

2 Key objectives for me!

Get fit ( and maybe lose a bit of fat ) but most importantly support an excellent charity that helps so many people, both the terminally ill and their families.

I strongly believe everyone deserves dignity, kindness and compassion in an environment surrounded by those they love.

Everyone of us knows someone, family or friends who have been affected by terminal illness and none of us know what life holds out for us so please.....be generous in your donations to this amazing charity.

Roll on December 31st 2018......
