James was a loving husband to Helen and amazing father to Alexander and Sophia.

Unknown to his family and friends James had recently been going through serious mental health challenges. He would never want to burden us with his problems though and bottled it all up. This unfortunately got too much for him and he decided to take his own life.

This has broken all of his family and friends. We are just completely devastated.

Due to this and the likelihood we will all need mental health support moving forwards we would like to donate funds in James’s memory to changes Tamworth. This is a great charity that focuses on people’s mental health and well-being.

If you can we would really appreciate any support you can provide.

I just wish we could have helped him.
