This year we've decided to support a small local charity, Emily's Star by raising funds and awareness for them. 

Emily's Star, based in Milton Keynes support children and young people who happen to have a range of disabilities and their families. 

They also support children who come under the Complex Care Team, children who attend The Redway Special Needs School, the children's and neonatal wards at Milton Keynes University Hospital and neonatal wards nationally. 

So, as you can see there are a lot of people who rely on the charity, but they have a lot of love to give. 

We aim to raise some much needed funds for the charity in our usual way of lots and lots of running and cycling. Due to the Coronavius Pandemic, things are a bit uncertain with most events/ races at the moment, so we'll take what we can when we can. 

It's for this same reason that the charity have been unable to do a lot of their own usual fund raising, both this and last year. 

Our next official race is the London marathon 🙂
