Hello everyone,

This time last year I lost my best friend Fred, so I've decided to run the Manchester half marathon to raise money for the Manchester dogs home.

Manchester dogs home saved Fred, so I could have some great memories and hopefully this will help other dogs (and owners) have a great life.
