As im sure youve seen on Facebook/Twitter and heard about the pain ive been in recently from upping the miles, im running the 2014 London Marathon on 13th April. Ive chosen to run it for the Make A Wish Foundation. They grant wishes of children between 3 - 17 living with life threatening illness in the UK and Northern Ireland.

Any sponsorship you could donate would be just amazing, and will help on those long wet training runs ahead, let alone the day its self!
