Moving Jim's No Ordinary Cycle Club London To Paris 24hr · 21 July 2016

We‘re the world‘s leading cancer charity dedicated to saving and improving lives through research. We fund research into the prevention, detection and treatment of more than 200 types of cancer through the work of over 4,000 scientists, doctors and nurses.

Story

I had cancer last year, I'm using this 24hr ride to Paris to get stronger, and raise money for an excellent cause.

We ride 60 miles to Newhaven, then the night ferry, fall off the ferry onto French soil and pedal 120 miles to Paris, what could possibly go wrong?!

Anyway I've been crap and late setting this page up, we ride next Thurs 21st July, so don't hang around, if you want to support me then give quick kids!! X

This is the official info:

London to Paris in 24 Hours (300km)!

Who:

"No Ordinary Cycling Club”  is going to cycle from London to Paris in 24 Hours to raise funds for The Francis Crick Institute in association with Cancer Research.

When:

On 21 July 2016, 13 riders (or Ted Baker’s Dozen) will set off from The Ugly Brown Building in King’s Cross, heading via the Francis Crick Institute to Ted’s Flagship Regent’s Street Store for the Grand Depart.

From there, we'll begin our 300 km journey against the clock, aiming to arrive at Ted’s Marais Store in Paris within 24 hours.

Why:

The Francis Crick Institute, the largest biomedical research
centre in Europe, opened in King’s Cross in April 2015. It works to find cures for some of the world’s most life-threatening diseases. Ted Baker continues to support The Francis Crick Institute’s incredible and vital work.

Thank you all for your support x
