It’s all too easy to take your local hospital for granted. For my close family it is a place of work (my wife Sophie has worked there for over 20 years), it saw the birth of our first baby (1996) and more recently my mum’s 10-week stay recovering from a broken hip - not to mention many running repairs (no pun intended) for family and friends over many years. 

Whittington Health Charity provides support for patients and staff in all sorts of ways, including training, resources and help with wellbeing.
