On Friday 31/3  I will be running the Great Barrow Half Marathon. I am aiming to raise funds for Suffolk Mind, in memory of the life of our fabulous friend Mr Mark Jones. In doing so, I hope the sponsorship raised can be used to support Suffolk Mind in raising awareness of Mental Wellbeing and providing services to support people, and build emotional resilience.
