Claire and I are having early midlife crises and have decided to take up cycling. We have foolishly decided to cycle 100 miles wearing more lycra than I am generally comfortable with. We decided to ride for Marie Curie as their nurses cared for Claire's Grandad when he was ill and their support was indispensable.
