2019 marks The Avalon Group's 25th anniversary. Since 1994 our charity has provided personalised care and support to people with disabilities, mental health needs and dementia across Yorkshire and the North East.

With social care facing ever more cuts and austerity measures, we are seeing a continual decline in services which offer real meaning and life fulfilment opportunities to people who truly need and deserve them.

Without funding to support such services, we are seeing an increase in loneliness and isolation, and additional weight of responsibility on unpaid family carers.
