After completing the York Marathon in 2017, I swore I would never do another one. But the opportunity to run the London Marathon, and to attempt to raise some money for a truly brilliant cause, has tempted me out of retirement......

Help & Care is a registered charity that has been working across the South of England for over 30 years, promoting dignity and independence for all people, particularly those living with long-term health conditions, carers and those who are isolated and/or housebound. Help & Care understand that each individual has different needs, so work closely with people to understand what really matters for them and to help them lead independent and fulfilling lives, for as long as possible.
