The Royal Artillery Association - Wakefield assists regimental heroes who are in need whether through wounds or distress. We assist all Gunner soldiers and dependants, and those who have now retired. We help look after the families of those who have made the ultimate sacrifice for their country.

Story

The Royal Artillery Charitable Fund is not widely known outside of the military, yet plays a crucial role in the lives of all Gunners and their families. A jewel in the crown of the regimental family they have been doing work, often unsung, in helping a large number of Gunners, whether serving or retired, and their dependants for many years.

Having recently returned from a toilsome 7 month long tour to Afghanistan, Sam is more than aware how much of a positive impact any donations will have on his injured colleagues and dependant families. The good work that the charity do cannot happen without these kind donations.

A cause very meaningful to both of us; we shall be putting ourselves through several months of gruelling training to be ready to represent ourselves and the chairty in the best way possible. Your support truly means a lot to us and to the RACF, no matter how much you are able to give.

Many thanks,

Sam & James
