As a Fen boy I don't really do hills and I'm not sure my Fen legs (definition: lacking muscular power, pale, patchy hair) will stand much of a chance but I've decided to attempt the Etape Pennine cycle sportive in aid of Marie Curie.

It's a 78 mile "race" with a total ascent of over 2000m (I think Cherry Hill was 15m) starting and finishing in Castle Barnard, nr. Durham

I am hoping to raise over £250 for this fantastic charity and I hope you can help reach my total.
