After two years of running the Great North Run for purely selfish reasons, it's time I did some good with my efforts.

I was fortunate enough to be given some of the greatest opportunities of my life by the YMCA and it helped me become the person I am today. I want to see the YMCA be able to continue it's work to give future generations the chance to belong, contribute and thrive.
