I'm participating in the British Heart Foundation (BHF) London to Brighton off road bike ride with Vince Stclair and Laurence Fruin.  We hope to rise to the challenge and raise some money in the process.

Coronary heart disease is still the biggest killer in the UK.  Thanks to the work of organisations such as the BHF the death rate is falling.  This can only be sustained with continued support and any contribution is appreciated!
