James believed strongly in supporting people through the challenges they faced, understanding that physical limitations or mental health difficulties can be a part of someone’s everyday life - not something to simply get-over, but something that shapes who you are and how you live. 

As a proud Brummie always championing his city, a local cause that supports young people in Brum and the surrounding areas, giving them help and the skills they need to succeed in life, makes perfect sense as the charity to receive any donations in his name.
