After a 3 year break I started running again after Christmas, and in additional to the obvious physical health benefits, I have been hugely grateful that I had found my running legs again just in time for COVID-19 and the lockdown. As well as maintaining weight loss, a regular run has hugely helped to keep my head clear. Many out there are not so lucky, and will be suffering more than ever from mental health issues and loneliness during this pandemic. I want to show them all that we care, and there is someone out there thinking about them and ready to listen!
