Partnering with parents, we support families whose children have additional needs or disabilities by providing compassion, guidance and hope. SNAP helps families across Essex with children 0 – 25 years, with any additional need and disability.

Story

As you all know my brother James Fitzgerald passed away recently in Sydney.   It was a huge shock for everybody and we are overwhelmed by the messages of condolence which are coming through. A memorial service is being arranged by Julie Battersby in Sydney on 1st April and we will be bringing James back to England so that we can lay him to rest at home.

Lots of people are asking about donating in his memory and my parents would like the money to go to an amazing Charity where I have worked for over 10 years and my mum, Becki and Callum have volunteered at for many years too.  The charity is very close to our families heart and James came to visit SNAP on his last visit to the UK and was blown away by the work we do.
