Charity Golf Day

Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.
Sadly, on Sunday the 7th Of November 2021 my dad lost his long and tough battle with Lymphoma at the age of 59. In 2019 he was diagnosed with Mantle Cell Lymphoma, this is a rare type of B Cell Non Hodgkin Lymphoma which is a type of cancer of the Lymphatic system. Despite every possible treatment he had endured, he passed away peacefully with his family by his side at Royal Stoke Hospital (UHNM) on ward 201.
On Friday the 15th of July, Myself along with Chris Barratt, Rich Newton and James Littlewood will be attempting to play 72 holes of golf at Pryors Hayes Golf Club in the hope of raising as much money as possible for the ward where my dad was cared for during all of his treatments.
For those of you who know the hospital will know what wonderful and personal care they provide for their cancer patients and also the support that they provide to the patients familes. Raising money for ward 201 will feel as though we are able to give something back for the care that they provided my dad and show our appreciation for all that they did.
My dad would think that we're crazy for playing 4 rounds of golf in one day, but something he would definitely be proud of.
