Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.

We lost our dearest Kirsty last year in tradgic circumstances, she has left a lasting impression and hole to burdon. We always remember her and the memories we all shared together. 

I am running my first half marathon in Kirstys honour, and to support MIND, to help raise awareness of mental health and help fight the stigma and hopefully spread the word to those who need it most. 

Remembering one thing... it's ok to not be ok! 

Talk to a friend, talk to a stranger, a lonely elder...who ever it may be, make an effort to engage and ask someone how they are feeling. We are compassionate beings and it's our duty to support one another. 

I'm no athlete, I'm just an average guy wanting to do something bold enough for a cause and to make a difference... I'm also open to running partners and any first aiders who may he available on the day! 

Every little helps, even if you share this post to pass on the message to others, whatever donations are made would be greatly appreciated, and I will thank those of you in advance who have taken the time to read my story and contribute to a fantastic cause.
