I am running the London marathon in April 2023! I am doing so for several reasons: 

1. Personal challenge (I had never ran over 8km until a few weeks ago)

2. I wanted to fundraise for a charity (my employer will match what I raise) ! 

3. Raise awareness for charity 

I have decided to run for the Terrence Higgins Trust. A full bio of the charity is below but I have chosen them as I think they do a great job supporting the wider community. I also wanted to raise awareness of HIV/AIDS and to try reduce the stigma that surrounds it.
