So this year I wanted to get more fit and healthy not only for myself but for my daughter.. well as with most resolutions it got pushed back and not taken seriously... That is until I signed up for Bangkok Brawl Charity Boxing night! With 4 weeks to go I have managed to drop 5KG, and began eating much more healthily and been regularly exorcising... I've never boxed before, but my journey and my fight pales in significance compared to the fight the thousands and thousands of children that live in poverty, with disabilities, often as orphans... have to deal with day in day out here in Thailand..
