Feeling very privileged to be able to raise money to help those who may not even be able to get out of the house, never mind run a marathon.

We have funded the trip ourselves so EVERY PENNY will go towards this amazing charity - PhysCap.

The Challenge...... Chicago Marathon....

From the Lincoln Park to Union Station with China Town in the middle (not a good sign for Jamie after London!) this will be an unforgettable experience for the team but one that will also most definitely test our limits and take us out of our comfort zones.

We have trained hard...very hard.  We want to raise as much funding as possible... .please help us reach our goal.

Why PhysCap?

PhysCap has always been my charity of choice as my parents were one of the original couples who started the charity many moons ago. (Jamie)

Sarah Gould (Jonny wife) is on the committee of PhysCapso we have a very close connection to the amazing work and the amazing help they provide.

Ilan has been an active fund raiser for PhysCap for many years and also loves to sing and talk!

PhysCap is approaching 50 years next year and we thought it would be fitting if we could do something to raise money for such a good charity to kick off their half centenary year. It has been a fantastic achievement from the current volunteers to to help so many people for such along time.

PhysCap is a Yorkshire based charity run completely by volunteers. They are dedicated to improving the quality of life for children suffering from severe physical and mental disabilities within the Yorkshire area. They are the last resort for families who may have limited funds to buy specialist or therapeutic equipment for their children to help make their lives a little easier. They work very closely with therapists, hospitals and local specialist schools in our area who know their reputation and refer many families to PhysCap.
