Throughout my life, from the age of about 10, I have known people who have suffered from this disease. Neighbours, school friends, a teacher at Teleri's primary school, even fellow students that she had there, and tragically, recently an ex student of mine and last but certainly not least, family. Some of these are still with us, others not so lucky. Let's do what we can to avoid repeats of these stories...
