Please help me to help the dogs who need us most!! 

My training runs for this half marathon have been taking place in the mud, the dark, the wind and rain, and its been hard work!  I am really hoping that you will dig deep to help support me on this run and make all the training worth while.

Whilst I am plodding (because I WILL be plodding!) round the 13 mile course, the thought of your kind donations will spur me on..... Just thinking of the money I raise will give me the strength to cross that finish line!  Wooooohooooo!
