Sam and I will soon be entering the MS Six Mile Challenge again, in the foothills of Capel Curig. This event is not for light-weights, or for those who can't abide getting up-close and personal with bogs, bark, bushes, blisters and midges!

We have to carry a passenger (who is sat in a wheelchair) around the course safely, and bring them back without having wrapped them around a tree, unwittingly ejected them from their seat, covered them in mud, or caused serious bodily harm to them. If you would rather that Sam and I didn't come round and offer you a personal invitation to participate in next years event (with no get-out clause) then please donate whatever you are able to, and we may leave you in peace.
