For those who know me, you’ll know that Wild Futures is a cause very close to my heart. We sponsor the Banjo family group of capuchins, as well as Charlie Brown and Morwella; Lily, the cheeky woolly monkey, Donkey, a very handsome Barbary macaque and marmosets Kiki and Koko. 

We usually visit as often as we can, but this year has been very, very different. With no visitors allowed, the sanctuary has seen a huge drop in funds. To help, we’ve booked a keeper’s day for when they reopen and, as mentioned above, we adopted Donkey, Morwella and Lily.

Our little offering is far from enough, and whilst I’d love to adopt all the monkeys, I’m not sure my bank account would agree!

And so, the hair has to go again! Five years to the day when I shaved my hair the first time. I’ll be live streaming this time, too :)
