I am very lucky to be taking part in the 2016 Virgin London Marathon in support of The Jane Tomlinson Appeal (Aka "Janes Appeal"). I have supported Janes Appeal for a number of years through various running events, including the Yorkshire Marathon. The appeal was set up by the late Jane Tomlinson MBE, to support a wide range of childrens and cancer charities and good causes. This was particularly appealing to me when looking to support a good cause as I feel it's good to share funds between many causes and in particular, benefit smaller charities in the process. I will be running the Marathon in fancy dress and before yu offer suggestions... I will be running in a full Minion (Kevin of course) outfit, pics to follow. This alone deserves an extra £1 of sponsorship! I have also made an application to break a world record although the time is quite challenging, so it will be an '#unofficial fasted marathon dressed as a minion' attempt! ..... in the meantime PLEASE dig deep and share any money you have to support this fantastic charity.
