Here is Tom, a Son .. a Brother , an Uncle, a dear dear friend to many !

 He has his whole life ahead of him .. ❤️

Tragically  he felt he had no option but to take his own life ! At his funeral every person in the room made Tom a promise, that they would look out for Number 1 ! 

That could be you .. A member of your family , a husband, a wife or one of your own children .. or a very close friend who right now needs you to make them your Number 1! ❤️

Together  we can make every person feel they are our Number 1 by raising the profile of mental health especially for young men ! ❤️
