I am absolutely petrified of heights, and my friends will know even climbing a ladder or waiting at a tube platform gives me palpitations. But the opportunity has arisen for me to face my fears and join a fundraising abseil for the charity I work for - Accuro Care Services.  

Inspired by my colleagues, who completed this challenge a couple of years ago, I decided it was time for me to 'man up' and do my bit for such a worthy cause.
