Hey Guys...

As some of you may know help for heroes is a charity I feel strongly about, our soldiers have done more than enough for us now its time for us to repay that favour!

To raise money for help for heroes I decided to do the 5k Big Fun Run in September. I managed to complete the run in 40 minutes, it was an amazing atmosphere and I would like to thankyou all for your support and genorisity! 

Donations are still being accepted, no matter how little the donations are, they all count so please help me support our wounded!
