I have decided that this year I want to fundraise money in aid of Jeremiah’s Journey. This charity is close to my heart as the work they do resonates with me. They support grieving children and families and help them through a difficult time.

We all know how difficult it is to go through loosing someone, and it is even harder for children and young people to understand and cope with a bereavement. I was only young when I lost my brother, and I know exactly how confusing, scary and difficult it is to go through loosing someone special. It is so important to have the right support around you and to not feel alone. Which is why the work and services that Jeremiah’s Journey provides is so important. 

Throughout this year in aid of Jeremiah’s Journey, I will be participating in lots of different races, events and challenges including:

• The People’s Marathon 26 Mile Community Walk - 01/04/2023
• Saltash 5K - 07/05/2023
• Plymouth Half marathon - 14/05/2023
• Lands End to John O’Groats 874 miles - Ongoing all year
• Three Peaks Challenge - climb Snowdon, Scafell Pike, and Ben Nevis. - September 2023
• Tamar 10K - 08/10/2023

I have not participated in any races or events before, so as you can imagine this is a BIG challenge for me! I would be so appreciative if you could support me in my challenges this year and donate to my fundraiser, every penny makes a difference!
