One of my best friend Lucy was diagnosed with Lupus , fibromyalgia , chronic kidney disease a year ago as well as having arthritis. She is the most strongest woman I know.  No matter what she is going through and how much pain she is in she gets up, puts on a brave face and doesn’t ever show anything other than her smile and her bubbly funny personality. She is also raising her beautiful little girl by herself. She really is a role model to all. It’s truly heart breaking seeing someone you love in pain and there being nothing you can do to help. So I am proudly running in the event along side Lucy’s sister and nephew to raise money and to show her just how much we care.
